Refund policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026 · Level Zero, operated by Blockline Studio

All sales are final. There are no refunds at any stage.

Why

Everything we sell is a digital download. You receive the files right after you pay, and a download cannot be returned.

The beginner guides are free. They show you exactly how our lessons are written.
Each product page lists what is inside and shows sample pages.
If you have a question about a product, write to sirexodia12321@gmail.com before you buy.

When you pay, you ask us to deliver the digital content immediately, and you accept that you cannot cancel the purchase or get a refund after that.

If the download link does not work or a file is broken, write to us and we will send you a working copy. This is a replacement, not a refund.

This policy does not take away any right that the law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
